All medical advice is delivered directly by licensed physicians affiliated with TM Elite Concierge, ensuring a high standard of personalized care for your travel health needs.
Travel Clearance Disclaimer
TM Elite Concierge does NOT provide medical clearance for travel. Prescriptions and medical advice provided through our service are intended to help manage and prevent travel-related health issues but do not constitute a medical evaluation for fitness to travel. It is your responsibility to consult with your primary care physician or practitioner if you require formal medical clearance to travel.

Registered Users
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can become a registered user of TM Elite Concierge by signing up for an account. To access the services, you will need to create a username and password. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure, as TM Elite Concierge is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the use of a weak or compromised password.
AS A REGISTERED USER, YOU MAY HAVE THE OPTION TO ADD ANOTHER DEPENDENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT. BY DOING SO, YOU GRANT THEM ACCESS TO YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS, AND THEY, IN TURN, GRANT YOU ACCESS TO THEIRS. Please ensure this shared access aligns with your privacy preferences and needs.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws and belong to TM Elite Concierge. Don’t misuse the content.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Pricing and Coverage
TM Elite Concierge is a cash-based service, so you must pay before getting treatment. We don’t accept insurance, but telehealth services might be covered by your insurance. Check with your insurance provider to see if you can get reimbursed. If you can, you will need to apply for reimbursement yourself because TM Elite Concierge doesn’t bill insurance companies.
Charges and Billing
You may need to provide valid credit card details for payments. You agree to pay all charges. TM Elite Concierge can change prices without telling you ahead of time. But, once you start a consultation, the price at the beginning of the consultation will remain the same.
Links to Third-Party Sites
TM Elite Concierge may link to third-party sites. TM Elite Concierge isn’t responsible for these sites or their content.
Geographic Limitations
The Site is accessible worldwide, but services may not be available everywhere. TM Elite Concierge limits its services to where it’s licensed to operate. The Site isn’t intended for use outside the USA.

All communications and services are delivered using HIPAA-compliant platforms to safeguard your personal health information. By using TM Elite Concierge, you may opt in to receive SMS/text notifications related to your telemedicine services. These notifications are an integral part of our communication process. PLEASE NOTE THAT OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGING BY REPLYING WITH “STOP” WILL DISABLE THESE NOTIFICATIONS, WHICH MAY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTINUE USING OUR SERVICES. Standard messaging and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.
User-Supplied Material
You guarantee any material you supply is legal and doesn’t violate any rights.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire Agreement
These Terms and any additional terms are the full agreement between you and TM Elite Concierge.
Choice of Law and Venue
Disputes are governed by Georgia law and will be resolved in Georgia courts.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest will still apply.
