It also explains your choices regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. “You” and “Your” mean the healthcare consumer using TM2Go’s telehealth services (“Services”).

We collect your health information so a healthcare professional can treat you. This information is ONLY shared with the healthcare professional treating you and authorized staff. To provide safe treatment, you agree to share past medical and health information and allow access to past visits.

If you gave us your contact information, we may store and use it to contact you for the reasons listed above by mail, email, phone, including voicemail, or SMS (text message). We may also use your information to communicate about your account.

Information Obtained from Third Parties

If you provide us with personal information about others, or if others give us your information, we will only use it for the specific reason it was given to us.

Dependents

Reports created for other adults or legal dependents you add to your account are only accessible through the primary account holder’s email and password. Minors can’t complete a TM2Go visit without parental help.

We will share your personal information with third parties only as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not rent or sell your personal information to anyone.

We may provide your personal information to companies that help us with our business activities, such as services related to the Site. These companies can use your personal information only as needed to provide these services.

TM2Go and our partners use technologies like cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts to analyze trends, manage the Site, track users’ movements around the Site, and gather demographic information about our user base. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies.

Cookies are also used to collect general usage and volume statistical information that does not include personal information. Our third-party partners use clear gifs (a.k.a. web beacons/web bugs), images, and scripts to help manage content on our Site. Users can control the use of cookies at the browser level. Third-Party E-Commerce Provider

Our shopping cart is hosted by our e-commerce solutions provider. They collect your billing information directly from you to process your order. Our company does not use this information for any other purpose.

TM2Go takes all necessary measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of personal information. When we collect personal information directly from you and when you enter sensitive information on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). While we follow industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Additional Policy Information

Our Site includes Widgets, which are interactive mini-programs that run on our site to provide specific services from another company (e.g., displaying news, opinions, music, etc.). Personal information, like your email address, may be collected through the Widget.

Cookies may also be set by the Widget to enable it to function properly. Information collected by this Widget is governed by the privacy policy of the company that created it.

Data Retention

Your account will remain active as long as needed to provide you with services. If you wish to deactivate your account, contact inquiry@travelmeds2go.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Notification: Email and Text Messages

You must provide your email address and phone number when creating an account so we can notify you when your healthcare professional has responded. If you choose to receive text messages, we share your phone number with a third-party vendor that sends text messages. We do not share any health or demographic data with this company.

Pharmacy and Prescription Routing

If you get a prescription, you can choose the pharmacy where you want to pick it up. To generate the list of pharmacies, we may use two pieces of information:

A specific address
Your current location (GPS-equipped devices only)

In both cases, you must agree to let us use this information. We do not send the pharmacy any information about your current location or home address. We do not share your demographic or health data with drug companies or pharmacies. You may opt out of location-based services at any time by changing the settings on your device.

TM2Go Employees

Every employee at TM2Go has completed HIPAA training and job-specific training on how to protect the privacy and security of your health information.

If you have a complaint or a data privacy concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, you may contact TM2Go directly using the information at the end of this page.

TM2Go will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.
