Have you heard about this great little app? Even without internet, it’s your on-the-go first responder for CPR and minor emergencies.

Here are some of the things you can do offline with this invaluable travel hack:

👉🏾Browse first aid topics: The app has a comprehensive library of first aid topics, covering everything from common injuries like cuts and scrapes to more serious emergencies like heart attacks and strokes. You can browse the topics by category or search for specific keywords.

👉🏾View step-by-step instructions: Each first aid topic includes detailed step-by-step instructions on how to provide care. These instructions are accompanied by clear photos and illustrations, making them easy to follow even without an internet connection. I was really impressed by the CPR instructions and videos.

👉🏾Watch videos: Some first aid topics also include short videos that demonstrate the techniques in action (such as CPR). While you won’t be able to watch these videos offline, they can be helpful for familiarizing yourself with the steps before you travel or go out of internet range.

👉🏾Take quizzes: The app includes interactive quizzes that can help you test your knowledge of first aid. While you won’t be able to submit your answers or see your score offline, you can still use the quizzes to review important information.

👉🏾Did I mention that it’s FREE. It’s important to note that some of the app’s features, such as finding nearby hospitals (Hospital Finder) or emergency resources (911 Dialer), may require an internet connection. However, the core first aid information and instructions are available offline, making the app an indispensable tool for anyone who wants to be prepared for emergencies, even when they’re off the grid.

👉🏾And to add icing to the cake, this little gem is available in both English and Spanish, and on Android and Apple phones!

I hope this information is helpful. Safe Travels!
