You can request up to 5 meds to take with you on your next vacation so that you won’t be stuck in another country or remote area with no access to medications. These are covered in your consultation fee. An example of a typical Travel Kit is Malarone, Cipro, Diflucan, Meclizine and Zofran. These will cover most travel ailments, but you choose the medications that will be included in your personal Medication Travel Kit. However, our physicians reserve the right to substitute medications based on your medical history and medication allergies.
No. But examples of medications that we prescribe include Malarone, Vivotif, Cipro, Zofran, Phenergan, Diflucan, Scopolamine patch, Meclizine, Acetazolamide, Doxycycline, Augmentin, Azithromycin, Paxlovid, Lagevrio, Tamiflu, Medrol dose pak, Ivermectin, and Permetherin. ALL PRESCRIPTIONS WILL BE WRITTEN AS GENERIC UNLESS NO GENERIC EXISTS.
Yes, we prescribe non-steroidal anti-inflammatory meds such as Celebrex. We do not prescribe narcotics or any other controlled substances.
Malaria prevention, traveler’s diarrhea, food poisoning/nausea and vomiting, typhoid fever prevention, urinary tract (bladder) infection, yeast infection, motion (Sea) sickness, altitude sickness, tick-borne illnesses, bronchitis, COVID-19, influenza A&B, allergic reaction, and scabies to name a few. If there is something that you want and it’s not listed, just ask and our physicians will review it for you.
You will not be charged until you complete the online questionnaire and enter your payment details.
Examples include, end-stage renal disease on dialysis or significant kidney impairment, end-stage liver disease or cirrhosis, allergies to multiple antibiotics or medications, pregnancy or breast-feeding, certain heart conditions such as long QT syndrome, and taking certain blood thinners. This list is not exhaustive, and ultimately your medical provider will determine your eligibility for online treatment.

Yes. We prescribe Atarax. We do not prescribe benzodiazepines such as Xanax, Ativan, or Valium because these are controlled substances. We do not prescribe any controlled substances.
No. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for consultations that have been completed. However, we will provide an immediate refund if our physician determines that you are not eligible for online treatment.
In most cases, yes. If you have insurance, most companies will cover most travel meds that we prescribe. However, there may be a large co-pay or co-insurance on some antimalarial medications such as Malarone or the typhoid vaccine, Vivotif. You will need to review your prescription policy or contact your insurance company for further information regarding your specific prescription coverage. Yes. Your provider will be available via secure chat for 48 hours after your consult to answer any additional questions that you may have or to make necessary changes to your prescriptions.
