This service is included in your initial consult fee. However, your physician can terminate chat discussions early and at their discretion if they feel that you are abusing the chat function. You can also find the number for virtual customer support under “Contact Us” when you access your medical records. Registered patients can call this number to address any issues that they have with the visit and to contact their physician after the visit has ended.
