Welcome to TravelMeds2Go (TM2Go). We operate the website at https://www.travelmeds2go.com (the “Site”), where we provide telemedicine services to help you access personalized pre-travel medical consultations and care.
TM2Go is staffed by licensed physicians who provide medical advice and services directly through the platform. These consultations are delivered in compliance with state medical licensing requirements and are covered by professional malpractice insurance.
In this document, “You” and “Your” refer to the individual using the Site and services provided by TM2Go.
Agreement
BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL LAWS AND REGULATIONS RELATED TO THE SITE. IF YOU DON’T AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU AREN’T ALLOWED TO USE THE SITE.

The services provided by TM2Go are not a substitute for your ongoing relationship with your primary healthcare professional. TM2Go is designed to address common travel-related medical needs and minor urgent care issues and is not intended for managing serious or life-threatening conditions.
The medical advice and care provided through TM2Go are based on the information you share during your consultation and adhere to national medical standards of care. All medical advice is delivered directly by licensed physicians affiliated with TM2Go, ensuring a high standard of personalized care for your travel health needs.
Travel Clearance Disclaimer
TM2Go does NOT provide medical clearance for travel. Prescriptions and medical advice provided through our service are intended to help manage and prevent travel-related health issues but do not constitute a medical evaluation for fitness to travel. It is your responsibility to consult with your primary care physician or practitioner if you require formal medical clearance to travel.
Content
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any questions or concerns about your health. The information on the Site does not guarantee that any medication, treatment, or advice is safe, appropriate, or effective for you.

Registered Users
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can become a registered user of TM2Go by signing up for an account. To access the services, you will need to create a username and password. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure, as TM2Go is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the use of a weak or compromised password.
AS A REGISTERED USER, YOU MAY HAVE THE OPTION TO ADD ANOTHER ADULT DEPENDENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT. BY DOING SO, YOU GRANT THEM ACCESS TO YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS, AND THEY, IN TURN, GRANT YOU ACCESS TO THEIRS. Please ensure this shared access aligns with your privacy preferences and needs.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws and belong to TM2Go. Don’t misuse the content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TM2GO PROVIDES THE SITE AND SERVICES “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. TM2Go doesn’t guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free services. While we strive to provide reliable and accurate information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or reliability of the services at all times.
Limitation of Liability

Pricing and Coverage
TM2Go is a cash-based service, so you must pay before getting treatment. We don’t accept insurance, but telehealth services might be covered by your insurance. Check with your insurance provider to see if you can get reimbursed. If you can, you will need to apply for reimbursement yourself because TM2Go doesn’t bill insurance companies.

Severability
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest will still apply.
